Straight answers
Is Verifit a certified Identity Service Provider (IDSP)?
No, and we don’t claim to be. Verifit helps you run, document and retain your own checks — including manual Right to Work document checks — with a consistent process and a complete audit trail. If your process requires a certified IDSP digital check, Verifit records and organises the outcome alongside the rest of your evidence. Verifit is workflow software, not legal advice.
Where is our data stored?
Customer data is processed and stored in the UK by default, using Cloudflare infrastructure. Details of our sub-processors and transfer safeguards are in our Privacy Policy.
Do you hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification?
Not yet — we’re an early-stage company and we won’t claim certifications we don’t hold. We build with encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access and full activity logging, and we’ll publish our security documentation to customers on request as it matures.
