    Set what passes automatically and what always needs eyes — per check type, per risk level. Your policy, encoded once, applied every time.

Audit trail

Evidence that holds up when it’s questioned

Every capture, view, edit and decision is appended to a tamper-evident log — who did it, when, and what changed. When someone asks “how do you know?”, the answer is one export away.

  • Append-only activity log — entries are time-stamped and cannot be silently altered.
  • One-click evidence packs — a complete, ordered PDF/CSV export per check, per person or per supplier.
  • Retention rules — set how long evidence is kept per check type, and let deletion happen on schedule.

Document capture, straight from a phone camera

We’re building a Verifit companion app for iOS and Android so candidates, contractors and suppliers can capture documents cleanly in seconds — with quality checks done on the device before anything is sent.

  • Camera used only during capture — the permission is requested when you scan, and can be revoked in device settings at any time.
  • On-device pre-processing — edge detection, glare and blur checks run locally; only the final capture is uploaded.
  • No biometric templates without consent — how we handle ID-document data is set out plainly in our Privacy Policy.
